A look at The Avengers

Finally in 2012 it’s time for Nick Fury to assemble his team of Marvel superheros, as they unite against a common threat to save the world.

If you have been keeping track of previous Marvel movies like Iron Man 1 and 2, Incredible Hulk, Thor and Captain America. You will have realized by now that Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and his team of S.H.E.I.L.D have been making their presence known.  Nick Fury has been recruiting heroes, gearing them up for the team later known as The Avengers.

The Avengers team consists of well-known Marvel hero’s that have recently appeared on the big team: Captain America, Thor, Black Widow, Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk.

The recent movies Captain America, Green Lantern and Thor were never planned big screen movies to begin with, the producers just felt it needed to happen to show the assembly of The Avengers. The first Avenger trailer was shown at the end of Captain America as Nick Fury tells Steven Rogers that there is a mission for him stating that “it’s time for The Avengers to be born.”

As Tony states to Loki when Loki remarks and tells him “We have an army” Tony replies, with a drink in hand “We have a Hulk” as The Hulk roars in the background.

Summer 2012 we will see all of these surreal superheroes on one big screen, I am really looking forward to this!
